The Senior Programme Manager role is based in the newly created South‑West England regional team and reports to a Director. The incumbent will shape, develop and deliver complex infrastructure and engineering programmes across sectors such as water, transport, energy and infrastructure, guiding the full programme lifecycle from definition to PMO implementation. Leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams, stakeholder engagement and business development are core to the position.
