Manage BCAR inspections of the works in accordance with inspection plan without delaying the programme and PC

Obtain daily site report, Requests for Information (RFI's)’ External Hire Charge book, Transmittal book and Non-Conformance book.
Contact Authorities for connections of all temporary services, e.g., electricity, telephone, foul & storm etc.
Prepare and issue detailed snag lists to all subcontractors in sufficient time prior to PC to ensure minor snagging post PC
Assist the Project Director & Junior Contracts manager with the preparation of the O&M files at handover stage
Review the construction program and produce a detailed fortnightly program in accordance with the head program requirements (to be available 1700 pm each Monday)
Ensure each sub-contractor has a current program.
Review with the supervisor and arrange for temporary fencing, site offices, temporary toilets, and temporary power.
