Mentor less experienced technicians.
Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s values, as well as Safety and Environmental standards.
Provide field service engineering, technical assistance, scheduling and sales support direction to customers in areas of installation, testing, startup, maintenance, repair, training and modification of electrical power distribution equipment.
Provide technical training.
Deliver technical solutions to customers.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in an Electrical field from an accredited institution or Journeyman licence.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems.
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
Required to travel to United States for training on safety and Eaton products.
Experience in performing power quality measurements, troubleshooting, and analysis preferred.
Certified Engineering Technologist (CET).
Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
Experience in protective relays preferred.
Business travel to customer sites required, utilizing company vehicle (50 - 75% travel).
