Tasks

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Fixed Equipment Asset Strategies to ensure integrity management and inspection programs are executed with excellence for the clients facility. -Ensure all degradation barriers are identified, in place and functioning -Provide direction to technical assistants in the efficient development of inspection workpacks and results assessment -Support deviation risk assessments as per the Deviation Management Process -Review and approve anomalies, perform fitness-for-service assessment, raise corrective work orders and assign appropriate resolution timeframes commensurate with risk -Develop, improve and execute the Fixed Equipment Asset Strategy living program as set out by the Facilities Integrity & Reliability Management (FIRM) corporate requirement -Identification of integrity threats & deficiencies, raising with Operations Assistants when required -Develop and execute specialist inspection programs, for example CUI, dead leg and injection / mixing points -Provide technical support and recommendations to inspection execution teams, mechanical, materials & corrosion, frontline, process and Designs engineering[KM1] -Plan and execute improvement projects to the inspection program using new inspection technology -Develop and support Facilities of the Future initiatives -Develop detailed RBI assessment and inspection scopes based on regulatory and Corporate requirements, as per the output of the Expert Groups -Support the planning & scheduling team in the development of efficient execution of inspection work. Specific emphasis will be placed on TAR scope. -Develop, facilitate and participate in Expert Group workshops to ensure integrity of equipment and necessary remedial actions are recorded and appropriately executed within a suitable timeframe -Visit site locations as required to support development and execution activities

What You Bring

This role will be Perth CBD based with occasional site travel to the clients facility. Full AU working rights are required to be considered. -Knowledge of basic metallurgy and welding applications -Previous experience in LNG / complex processing plant in similar role -Thorough knowledge of damage mechanisms and inspection techniques related to LNG facilities -Demonstrated knowledge of LNG degradation mechanisms -Experience working under an RBI program for pressure equipment in the in-service phase of the asset’s life cycle -Knowledge and practical application of API510 & API 570 (certification not essential) and / or AICIP certification (current certification not essential) -Degree in Materials, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering or relevant subject -Knowledge and application of Non-Destructive Testing technologies -Chartered Engineer preferred
