- Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.
- Choose from all available install jobs and schedule your crew for as much or as little work as you need
- Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Infinity from Marvin team and customer.
- Provide references for previously completed work.
- Provide Certificate insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Automobile Liability, and Statutory Required Worker's Compensation
- Execute window and door installations sold by the Infinity from Marvin sales team utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.

- Ability to transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites and ownership of own tools preferred
- 3+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience
- Installer Box truck or Trailer provided for eligible candidates (experience, capacity, quality)
- History and passion for high quality workmanship
- Excellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation.
- Strong preference for individual with, or willing to obtain, installation masters certification.
- Ability to hire sufficient help to execute the installation of windows and doors on a job site
- No material costs or dump fees – Marvin covers these
- We will meet or exceed labor rates for qualifying, top-quality candidates and work performed.
- Job minimums so you get paid what you’re worth for smaller jobs
- All jobs are staged in our warehouse and ready for transport to job
- Monthly bonus for high customer satisfaction scores and installed volume
- Earnings potential of $100K to $250K and availability of year-round work for industry-leading workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Certified training provided to the right individuals
- Up to 3-4 jobs/weeks with flexible scheduling
