P&L Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Cash Management
Support Projects and teams to under the financial performance of their areas
Project accounting, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial and cost information on the contract.
Preparation of Monthly Financial Reports as part of the Month End process.
Preparing and posting accurate Journals, Accruals and Prepayments in line with Accounting Policies and accurate cost allocations.
Support with Internal and external Audits.
Ensuring that financial controls are adequate and in place, and all processes are performed in accordance with The Costain Way and Costain financial procedures.
Producing actual cost reports for Commercial and supporting with Cost Value Reconciliations.
Supporting the Management of E1 Finance systems to ensure that costs and timesheets can be reported in line with the contract as well as internal and external reporting requirements.
Management of the TEFA Timesheet system to ensure all costs are captured accurately and controls are in place where required.
Supporting the monthly application process through the production of financial and cost reports and dealing with transactional queries
