Active Colorado PLS license (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with modern survey equipment (GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors) and software (Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or equivalents).
Strong understanding of Colorado and/or Idaho survey law, platting requirements, and land-use processes.
5+ years of progressive surveying experience, including project leadership.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with limited oversight.
