You will plan and execute the recovery of land, as well as facilitate the relocation of companies to suitable alternatives while assisting them to explore possible business upgrading and productivity improvement opportunities.
As part of the job, you will be required to conduct financial assessment and cost-and-benefit analysis, work with industrialists to put limited land and space resources to optimal use and foster close partnerships to address the needs of companies.
You will further review existing policies, processes and workflows, and formulate new ones to deal with changing ground needs, conduct feasibility studies for redevelopment plans, and tap on relevant analytics tools and platforms to enhance our digitization efforts and productivity.
