- Lead development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long‑range financial plans with business leaders
- Analyze financial performance, spot trends, risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Prepare accurate variance analysis, management reports and performance commentary
- Partner with department heads and central FP&A to align KPIs, targets and business reviews
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support decision‑making and performance monitoring

The Finance team is seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst. This high‑impact role will shape financial insight, influence strategic decisions and work closely with senior leadership across the business. The position reports to the Controller and is classified as FLSA exempt.
The role may require occasional travel of less than 10 % and flexibility to work across time zones in line with the parent company. When needed, the analyst must be able to work on the manufacturing floor and use personal protective equipment.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or similar advanced qualification preferred)
- Possess at least 3 years of FP&A experience (5 + years in broader finance roles preferred)
- Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office skills, especially intermediate‑advanced Excel
- Exhibit excellent analytical ability, attention to detail and clear communication of financial information
- Bring strong commercial acumen, data‑driven mindset and high reliability, accuracy and ownership
- Have experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Be comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and able to work on the manufacturing floor using PPE when required
