We are looking for a high-performing international sales professional with hands-on experience in BIM / Engineering services sales for outsourced delivery models. The ideal candidate will have a strong existing network and a successful track record of developing new business across the USA, Canada, UK, or Europe.
Candidates without prior experience in BIM or outsourced engineering services will not be considered.
We are expanding our international business footprint and are seeking a seasoned International Sales Manager with proven experience in selling BIM and outsourced engineering services to global clients.
Only candidates with prior experience in BIM and outsourced engineering services and a proven international client base (USA, Canada, UK, or Europe) will be shortlisted.
- Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
- Minimum 7–10 years of international sales experience in BIM or engineering outsourcing services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, engineering workflows, and outsourced project delivery.
- Proven track record of selling to clients in the USA, Canada, Europe, or UK markets.
- Experience using CRM tools and digital business development platforms.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive business outcomes.
- Existing client network within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) ecosystem.
