Description

• Organize punch lists, inventory, and work production plans for easy retrieval and documentation.
• Process invoices and billing under the supervision of the project manager or accountant.
• Train new project administrators and clerks.
• Perform basic inventory control as directed by project management staff.
• Assist with record retention and document control.
• Conduct basic field quality and safety inspections.
• Document conformance to plans and specifications.
• Recommend potential solutions to identified issues.
• Promote Mortenson’s safety culture.
• Build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
• Manage detailed information, meet deadlines, and multitask efficiently.

Requirements

Mortenson is seeking a Construction Coordinator I for the Wind Group, capable of interacting with staff at all levels in a constantly changing environment while remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient, and upholding a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; construction site experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and able to learn construction management software.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrate active listening and openness to diverse input and feedback.
• Travel up to 100% as required.

Benefits

The base pay for this role ranges from $57,300 to $77,400, with higher rates in select locations (Denver and Chicago +5%, Seattle and Portland +10%, Washington, D.C. +12.5%); compensation is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity considerations.
