What you would be doing

  • Coordinating with design teams, regularly meeting and corresponding with clients
  • Performing analysis and design of steel, aluminum structures in Risa 3D, Staad.Pro & other analysis tools as required on the project. Design of concrete foundations for structures, equipment’s like breaker, transformer etc.
  • Preparing/creating deliverables like Design Calculation Reports, providing most feasible and economical solution on both greenfield and brownfield projects
  • Performing rigid bus analysis for various substation projects and working out the most feasible solution and providing inputs to physical team.
  • Reviewing vendor drawings, codes and developing Design Basis Manual as required on the project

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited program
  • Computer software knowledge in MS-office, Auto-Cad, Analysis software/tools
  • Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a reputed university/institute in India
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Willing to advance in career by taking increased engineering design responsibilities by closely working with discipline lead engineer.
  • Willing to travel to the United States as required and requested to support assignments on projects and overall office needs.
  • Candidate should be passing out as part of the 2026 batch only
  • Prior internship at substation/transmission projects will be an advantage
  • Good Communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to self-check and produce accurate work
