Recommend changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities. Identifying areas for process / report standardization across different countries.
Leading Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance for specific areas (e.g., record- to-report, order-to-cash, etc.) to ensure that processes and controls are designed effectively and to address financial reporting.
Producing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing.
Handling Audit Quires.
Overseeing the preparation of financial statements in the appropriate format to include in timely filings with regulatory agencies.
Performing analysis of accounts and highlighting any discrepancies/anomalies for correction and serving as an escalation point or subject matter expert for the resolution of accounting transactions and reporting questions.
Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies.
Handling month end book closing activities.
Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions
Ensuring transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
Executing accounting analyses and reports in support of finance and business leaders.

Should have knowledge in WORKDAY / SAP / S4HANA.
Candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Payroll General Accounting.
Multi-Tasking performance.
Should have a very good knowledge in Payroll Statutory payments and Payroll accruals.
You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with GA Payroll Accounting team .
Candidate should have a very good leadership skills in monitoring and handling a team of 8-10 members.
Should have experience in Payroll Transition Process.
Problem resolving. Good Analytical skills, Management reporting knowledge.
