Manage ACC projects, user administration and Model upgrades
Oversee the daily management of BIM project models, including regular reviews, audits, and updates of Autodesk Revit projects. Ensure compliance with office and client standards, maintain the required level of development, and enforce proper modeling and documentation practices.
Assist in establishing clash detection workflows, processes, and best practices for the project team.
Prepare and distribute clash detection reports with clear documentation of findings, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Oversee BIM deliverables to ensure that they meet client/project requirements.
Provide support to the production team as they develop project BIM deliverables, ensuring they align with Arcadis standards and best practices. When necessary, ensure compliance with client-specific standards based on the project’s requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure the support and educational needs of staff and projects are met.
Make optimal use of software capabilities and suggest enhancements or adjustments to software tools and BIM models to optimize workflows.
Successfully complete assigned BIM support role tasks within budget and project deadlines.
Maintain records of coordination activities, including clash resolutions and decisions made during meetings.

Strong knowledge of and proven practical background in Autodesk Revit and related BIM software and related software and hardware
Proficient in authoring and reviewing BIM Execution Plans that align with established standards and procedures.

Completion of a relevant diploma or degree program from an accredited college or university
Must be an articulate, passionate, and persuasive communicator able to convey BIM concepts
