Develop and maintain yard layout maps to optimize accessibility, safety, and loading efficiency. Monitor inventory levels of stored materials and communicate shortages, excesses, or space constraints to management.
Track and document product locations through tagging, logs, or yard management systems to prevent loss or misplacement.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including maintaining clear egress paths and proper labeling or segregation of materials.
Oversee yard housekeeping and organization to maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work area.
Communicate and coordinate with the Patch & Finish Supervisor on product to be repaired or shipped.
Oversees communication dispatch has with the Field Service crews to schedule deliveries to the job site.
Reviews dispatch load list for each project based on sequence of delivery and weights of pieces of product.
Coordinate with production, shipping, and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow and accurate placement of stored items.
Plan and allocate yard space efficiently for finished products, raw materials, molds, and equipment based on production schedules and shipping priorities.
Calculates the weight, blocking points and mileage routes to get to the jobsite.
Schedules yard and truck driver personnel based on workload.

Know the necessary regulations for trucks hauling heavy materials over the road. (Federal and state regulations).
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment
Have strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to get the information needed when traveling and hauling to different states.
