The supervisor will report to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager and oversee daily maintenance activities, asset lifecycle management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role leads a team of technicians across foundry, machining, and plant operations and coordinates with cross‑functional departments to achieve operational goals.

The ideal candidate will combine relevant education with extensive experience in manufacturing maintenance and proven supervisory skills. Preference is given to individuals familiar with CMMS tools and possessing strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or minimum seven years of maintenance experience.
- Possess at least five years of manufacturing maintenance or operations experience.
- Have a minimum of three years’ supervisory or team‑lead experience.
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in equipment reliability or engineering (preferred).
- Five years of experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience utilizing preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS tools.
