- Experience of working in Social Housing
- ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, UHWSS, are essential.
- PPC Van + Fuel Card
- Mobile phone, iPad & lone worker device provided.
- Either qualified at NVQ Level 2/ 3 Heating / Plumbing/ Ventilation
- If you have Oil qualifications this is desirable but not essential and training would be provided and support through qualification.
- MET1, DAH1, LPG are desirable.
- Full Driving Licence
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and other trades.
- As you will be working within Customers' homes this role requires a DBS check.

- OTE additional average earnings of £1,500 per annum from OOH rota

- Basic salary of up to £40,954 per annum
