  • Experience of working in Social Housing
  • ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, UHWSS, are essential.
  • PPC Van + Fuel Card
  • Mobile phone, iPad & lone worker device provided.
  • Either qualified at NVQ Level 2/ 3 Heating / Plumbing/ Ventilation
  • If you have Oil qualifications this is desirable but not essential and training would be provided and support through qualification.
  • MET1, DAH1, LPG are desirable.
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and other trades.
  • As you will be working within Customers' homes this role requires a DBS check.
