  • Collaborate and engage with colleague and networks to support information gathering and writing; constantly looking to build your expertise.
  • Maintain document control ensuring all documentation is up to date with relevant content such as case studies and evidence.
  • Build and manage a responsibility matrix for each bid over the pre-construction phase to manage the team workload effectively.
  • Assist in identifying customer’s key requirements and concerns to enable the team to prepare winning bid strategies.
  • Produce customer focussed responses and strategies for bid submissions, tailoring each response to the specific needs of each customer.

  • Leeds or Castle Donington: The successful trainee can choose either office as their base. Although a UK driving licence isn’t required at the application stage, both locations have limited public transport, so having one — or being willing to obtain one during the programme, would be beneficial.
  • Be on track to graduate in 2026 or earlier with a degree in any discipline.
  • Be reliable and professional.
  • Possess good time management skills.
  • For non-cognate degree trainees: Completion of a construction related Level 4 qualification.
  • Be working towards or have achieved a minimum 2:2 classification.
  • Be a problem solver with the ability to think logically.
