Key responsibilities include working as an Information Management Technical Specialist alongside senior colleagues to deliver information management capabilities on projects, advising, supporting deployment, maintaining processes, and developing project information management documentation. The role also supports project delivery and compliance with industry standards, provides information management guidance to other Digital teams, and generates reports and monitors data analytics to give feedback to project teams.
Essential requirements comprise 2–3 years of relevant experience and professional qualifications in Information Management or a related field. Candidates must have experience developing project information management standards, working knowledge of CDE platforms such as ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud or SharePoint, and familiarity with BIM/Information Management standards like ISO 19650. Additional expectations include managing information in multi‑disciplinary environments, understanding data exchange protocols, communicating clearly, solving issues proactively, and demonstrating strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and time‑management skills.
Desirable attributes include up‑to‑date knowledge of engineering technology trends, experience with automation of IM processes and data visibility tools, and professional qualifications. Knowledge of IT/network infrastructure, risk management principles, BIM technologies such as Revit, Civil 3D or Bentley Open Buildings, and data formats like COBie are also advantageous.
