- Making proactive outbound telephone calls and positively influencing tenants to arrange appointments.
- Recording points of contact onto our operating platform.
- Scheduling planned appointments for Asbestos field-based operatives, using your understanding of multiple works management systems.
- Handling and resolving telephone and email enquiries from tenants.
- Improving productivity by ensuring surveyors are fully booked each day.
- Sharing ideas and insights to continually improve the scheduling function, including increasing the number appointments made, appointments kept, and properties accessed.
- Uploading projects to our online booking platform.
- Mail merge letters for tenants.
- Retrieving booked appointments from our online booking platform and entering onto our operating platform.
- Fulfilling the percentage of work orders (in terms of appointments made, access, and completion).
