Dora Compliance Consultant - VS46593

The role will focus on gap analysis, remediation planning, and stakeholder engagement. You will help shape our standardized methodology, deliver detailed assessments, and work directly with senior stakeholders, including boards and executives, to guide them through their DORA compliance journey.

• Contribute to the design and refinement of the gap analysis methodology and process.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior leadership teams.
• Provide ongoing reporting, advice, and improvements to strengthen ICT risk management and resilience.
• Support clients in the implementation of remediation measures identified during the analysis.
• Lead gap assessments for financial sector clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.

We are seeking an experienced DORA Compliance Consultant to play a pivotal role in helping financial organisations prepare for and achieve compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

• Strong background in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery systems.
• Ability to review documentation, interrogate client responses, and uncover gaps through detailed questioning.
• Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.
• Knowledge of DORA, operational resilience, ICT risk frameworks, and policy reviews is a strong advantage.
• Confident presenting to C-level executives and boards.
