  • Approve time sheets for Novinium employees and timesheets and/or production sheets submitted by subcontractors.
  • Efficiently plan daily schedule and work, identify, and avoid hazards, and record daily work activities.
  • Document rejuvenation and cable data into Knomentous and customer reports
  • Responsible for the safety of all crews assigned and the safe execution of processes.
  • Provide reports to management and customers, as directed.
  • Responsible for the quality and productivity of subcontractors assigned.
  • Report and document abnormalities and incidents in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for the quality and productivity of team members assigned to them. Train and develop team members assigned.
  • Perform inventory control (initial ordering, re-ordering supplies, and quarterly/monthly inventory counts) on crew assigned materials.
  • Direct workflow and approve work performed by subcontractors.
  • Assist with identifying out-of-scope requests and work with Area Manager / Regional Operations Managers and Sales Managers to facilitate change-orders.
