This position works with minimal supervision to secure new brokerage assignments and generate revenue streams. The employee will facilitate full‑scope real estate transactions from formation to closing, representing buyers, sellers, building owners, and tenants while managing portfolios or rental properties.
Key responsibilities include assisting clients in locating non‑residential properties, promoting listings, guiding agreements and market pricing, negotiating deals, coordinating ownership exchanges, handling marketing activities, maintaining client relationships, drafting contracts, and performing necessary office and administrative tasks.
Candidates must hold an active real‑estate license, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. The role requires adaptability to technology, frequent email response, ability to travel for leads and events, and the capacity to work in a temperature‑controlled office with 50%+ travel, on‑site.
