Finance Specialist

• Handle daily financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage financial data and provide accurate reporting.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• (Bonus) Provide analysis on cost optimization, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review invoices, expense claims, and payment requests.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with Saudi tax (VAT, Zakat) and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work with accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial best practices.
