Tasks

-Maintain high-quality customer service and care. -Keep a clean, organized truck. -Provide timely and quality repairs. -Follow company policy on all check-in and check-out procedures with all customers. -Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service. -Provide detailed notes and pictures in all dispatches assigned.

What You Bring

-Travel and on-call are required. -Mechanical aptitude. -Time management skills. -Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license. -High school diploma or general education degree (GED). -Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship. -EPA Certification: Universal. -Team player who can ensure fast, reliable, and expert service to every customer. -Supermarket refrigeration/freezer experience or warehouse refrigeration is an asset. -Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision. -Experience with Novar, CPC, Danfoss Energy Management Controls, and Rack Refrigeration is a plus. -Excellent communication skills.
