  • Responsible for client-related billing and invoicing tasks and processes.
  • Monitoring and addressing any client invoicing notifications in the Facilities Exchange system
  • Provide support for other billing and invoices tasks as needed
  • Distributing any client-specific invoices according to set schedule and appropriate format
  • Daily client invoice entry and monitoring, ensuring all current invoices are entered by month-end
  • Monitoring Accounts Receivables email box and responding to any client questions and concerns
