Candidates should bring several years of relevant experience and subject‑matter expertise in training, safety, and quality control.
Applicants must hold an intrastate commercial driver’s license and have at least five years of power‑utility experience, with preferred certifications such as OSHA Authorized Outreach Instructor, CSP, CHST, CUSP, or CET. Additional qualifications include bare‑hand instruction experience, ability to work flexible shifts, strong reading, writing, and computer skills, and the capacity to speak before groups; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. The position requires regular standing, walking, and manual tasks, and may expose the employee to typical field conditions such as fumes, dust, and variable ventilation.
