The Dispatcher role serves as the central hub between field technicians and customers, ensuring service operations run smoothly and professionally. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Manage real‑time dispatch boards (manual and electronic) to keep technician schedules current.
- Communicate service updates, customer needs, and schedule changes to technicians and management.
- Track service history, updates, and customer communications in the database.
- Coordinate daily schedules for efficiency, accuracy, and timely job completion.
- Verify technician check‑ins/outs and ensure IVR compliance.
- Ensure technicians have the correct parts and purchase orders for each job.
- Provide professional, urgent support to internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new calls.
- Handle data entry, purchasing, and internal support for the assigned region.

The position is office‑based and requires the ability to sit for extended periods, operate standard office equipment, and perform occasional physical tasks such as lifting up to 15 lb and moving within the workspace.
- Prior dispatch experience, preferably in a service industry.
