The Property Manager for Multifamily Summer House is tasked with maintaining the community to a market‑ready standard while delivering a high level of service, and motivating high‑performing teams to maximize property performance.
This role oversees all operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits, while providing superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction, renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
The manager leads, mentors, and manages an on‑site team covering leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management, handling recruitment, hiring, coaching, policy compliance, resident file maintenance, conflict resolution, and overall community budget and financial management.
Key competencies include effective communication, customer service, computer literacy, office and bookkeeping skills, the ability to set leasing goals, supervise daily operations, and manage a team; a Bachelor’s degree and Real Estate License are preferred, with at least three years of property management and management experience required.
The work environment is a professional office setting with standard equipment, requiring up to 15 % travel and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb; compensation ranges from $102,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and equal‑opportunity employment.
