- Occasionally the work requires the employee to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must be able to assist in training and teaching new field technicians
- Work in remote and challenging locations including, but not limited to: building rooftops, confined spaces, and all types of geographic locations nationwide
- Abide by company procedures and standards, OSHA standards, and all other standards for safety
- Observe possible compound/ tower/ equipment defects or hazards that would require additional maintenance and report them accurately
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, use hands to finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear.

- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to drive long distances on and off road
- Understand and strictly adhere to established tower owner or customer access procedures and safety requirements without deviation
- Experience in the telecom industry is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail required
- Able to climb to and work at heights exceeding 300’ feet.
- Understanding of basic tools and measurements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar field preferred
- Ability to multitask and learn new information quickly and effectively, self starter and team player
- The employee needs to have good vision for close work, distance, color discrimination, peripheral, and depth perception.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe required
- Willing and able to travel for extended periods and perform outdoor field work in all weather conditions required
- Accurately follow instructions and complete assigned course of action in accordance with field scope of work
- Must successfully complete and pass a background check, including criminal history check, MVR Check, employment history check, and education verification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Frequently the employee is required to lift or carry up to 10 or 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 or 100 lbs.
