The Role

Overview

Manage development of mixed-use Gurrowa Place precinct, overseeing briefs, contracts, stakeholders.

Tasks

-Management of stakeholder relationships, including landowners, investors, consultants, and contractors, to ensure alignment with project objectives. -Providing regular commercial and project reporting, including program updates, internal reporting, and cost analysis. -Overseeing the preparation and management of development briefs and programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of a high-quality product. -Monitoring the project feasibility, identifying risks and opportunities and developing strategies to pursue and manage these respectively -Driving planning approvals, design development, and construction phases to meet quality and compliance standards. -Preparation and administration of legal documentation, including Development Agreements, Investor agreements, consultant agreements, and construction contracts.

What You Bring

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills -Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Project / Construction Management, Design, Engineering, or another relevant field, combined with Development Management experience -Strong commercial acumen -Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and work with complexity
