Coordinate sales, implementations, and customer success team activities to support our largest customers
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to optimize delivery.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the client and executive sponsors to ensure they are using the solution to achieve full business value and growth.

The ideal candidate for this role has at least +4 years of experience in a customer-facing role managing complex, enterprise software adoption at mid-size and enterprise scale companies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of customer-facing program/project management experience or relationship management experience with large enterprise software customers
