Ensure regulatory compliance at all levels (federal, state, and local), maintain necessary permits and records, ensure safety documentation is up to date.
Oversee subcontractor safety: review their safety plans, ensure they align with PAR’s requirements, conduct pre-mobilization safety reviews, manage contractor compliance.

Certifications: Strong preference for Certified Safety Professional (CSP), ASP, CHST, or equivalent safety credentials. Knowledge of NFPA, OSHA standards (particularly those affecting electrical work), plus any industry-specific safety certifications.
Proactive, hands-on approach; comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic field conditions.
Experience managing multiple sites or projects concurrently, including oversight of subcontractor safety programs.
Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards relevant to electrical construction and high voltage work.
