Uphold Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management protocols across all works
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality throughout the delivery of minor works
Ensure adherence to site-specific protocols and procedures for all works
Liaise with clients and design teams to coordinate requirements and resolve issues
Lead subcontractor coordination meetings as required
Lead the planning and scheduling of minor works activities
Represent and promote the company positively in all interactions
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Monitor and control costs associated with minor works
Chair regular progress meetings and compile reports for client presentation
Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure performance and compliance
Participate in regular contract meetings with the client, providing updates and insights
Compile and submit Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals upon completion of works
Manage and control all resources allocated to works, including labour, materials, and equipment
Deliver works within agreed programme timelines and budget constraints
Take full responsibility for the overall execution and delivery of minor works
Identify and implement improvements or innovations to enhance delivery and efficiency
Document and distribute minutes from all works-related meetings
Maintain accurate contractual records for all minor works activities
Oversee and manage all site-based staff involved in minor works delivery

Formal Qualification NVQ Level 3 electrician/Mechanical or equivalent
Experience in the delivery of commercial projects up to a value of £1mil
Excellent presentation skills
Communicate clearly and consistently with the wider management team
Excellent IT skills I.E Microsoft Office
Ability to manage and deliver numerous concurrent projects of varying financial values and scope
Demonstrate previous experience in a Project Management/ Small Works role.
Knowledge / understanding of NEC 4 contracts (preferable)
Ability to plan and programme projects using MS Project
Demonstrate strong communication and management skills.
