- Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring safe practices for all employees and contractors thru genba, time in field with BLADE teams focusing on proactive / leading indicators.
- Develop and execute a global EHS strategy for BLADE, aiming for a fatality-free workplace which serves as a compliment to the overall Service EHS Strategy.
- Assist with investigations of high-risk incidents in BLADE, recommending corrective actions and acting as partner to services organization and EHS portfolio leaders.
- Mentor BLADE lead field engineering leadership to promote safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement thru engagement with EHS Front Line Training.
- Collaborate with Wind EHS BLADE Regional and Services BLADE leadership to drive risk elimination initiatives in BLADE operations.
- Streamline safety processes with EHS Centers of Excellence to enhance BLADE performance inclusive of contractor performance.
- Lead a clear partnership with contracting teams and cross functional communication to drive consistency with BLADE strategy and approach.
- Implement strategic EHS initiatives to reduce incidents and injuries within BLADE.
- Serve as a liaison for EHS matters, providing updates to senior BLADE leaders.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Significant experience in EHS management or executing EHS programs in the renewable energy sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or EHS-related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Able and willing to travel 50%+ and comply with GE Vernova (GEV) travel and tax guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability in leading EHS initiatives in a multinational, multicultural environment.
- Strong understanding of global EHS regulations and standards.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.
