Experience in the following: Infrastructure development, implementation, and management in the Public-Private Partnerships (P3) infrastructure industry, including general management, financial planning, P&L responsibility, business development, commercial and operations management, master planning, construction management, project management, and program management; developing airport infrastructure, from pre-development to operational stage, including planning, construction, commercial, financial, and operational aspects of airport development; managing large-scale $1B+ airport infrastructure projects, including the transformation of airport infrastructure and operations as global assets; and managing P3s to drive growth, optimize processes, and introduce innovative concepts in aviation infrastructure, including developing financially feasible infrastructure investment proposals and developing sustainable solutions for investment.
