The intern will help create and update benefits documentation in Vietnamese, including guides, emails, forms, and instructions, and will communicate benefits information clearly in everyday language. Responsibilities include assisting employees with health insurance, time off, and other benefit programs, enrolling new hires and facilitating annual sign‑ups, and entering or updating benefits data in HR systems for life‑event changes. The role also involves supporting the HR team with daily tasks while learning company policies and basic government requirements related to employee benefits.
Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities, is required. Applicants must be comfortable using basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, and be willing to learn HR and benefits software.
