Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Radiation Protection, and Procurement teams to ensure situational awareness and alignment on outage schedules.
Train and mentor junior technicians and team members on mechanical systems maintenance and operations.
Work with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance activities as per the planned schedule.
Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve operational issues and implement modifications.
Develop and implement work packages, procedures, and schedules for mechanical activities.
Lead the development and implementation of scheduling processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
Support outage planning, execution, and post-outage evaluations related to valves.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the preparation, planning, execution, and closeout of all related work packages to meet outage milestones.
