• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard‑surface flooring systems
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Use equipment and materials properly
• Meet and exceed production targets
• Submit hours accurately and on time

Requirements

The successful candidate for the Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew and Foreman positions will demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive.

• Experience with concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the United States
• Pass pre‑employment drug screening and respirator fit test
• Commitment to a drug‑free workplace (EOE, E‑Verify)
