Comité de santé et sécurité : mettre en place, présider et assurer le bon fonctionnement du comité mixte, gérer les inspections et intervenir en cas de refus de travail.
Administrative Support: Manage permits, inspection reports, qualification tracking, safety boards, and documentation related to compliance and enforcement.
Training & Awareness: Deliver site-specific orientations, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to ensure all trades and workers understand safe work practices.
Site Inspections: Conduct regular workplace inspections, ensure corrective actions are followed through, monitor air quality, and help secure the site daily.
Formation & sensibilisation : offrir des séances d’orientation, des causeries sécurité, et s’assurer que tous les métiers sont bien formés aux pratiques sécuritaires.
Accidents & urgences : développer et mettre en œuvre des plans d’urgence, assurer les premiers soins, enquêter sur les incidents et recommander des mesures correctives.
Inspections de site : effectuer des inspections régulières, documenter les mesures correctives, suivre les réparations d’équipement, tester la qualité de l’air, et sécuriser le site.
Joint Health & Safety Committee: Set up and lead meetings, coordinate inspections, investigate work refusals, and collaborate with the Ministry of Labour when needed.
Incident & Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency and evacuation plans, provide first aid, investigate incidents, and recommend preventive measures.
