Oversees relationships with key IT delivery partners and contracts.
Oversee the entire application lifecycle, from selection and procurement to customization, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.

Preference for specific experience deploying construction industry applications like CMiC and Procore*
Ability to work in person (Rockville, MD) for the first 3-6 months and hybrid (2 days a week from home) thereafter, with reasonable flexibility
Minimum of 5 years experience in enterprise solutions management with responsibility for strategy development and leading a group
Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development*
Operational construction industry experience (3+ years) with an understanding of construction processes including estimating, business development, project management, and financial management is preferred
Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex, enterprise-wide projects*
