Experience in preparing fee proposals, contributing to business development, and building client relationships, including with local authorities, government clients, private developers and contractor clients.
Experience of managing a team of engineers and technicians
Experienced in delivering multi-disciplinary design projects, to agreed scope, programme and budget.
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline, or extensive equivalent experience
Able to communicate confidently and professionally with colleagues, fellow professionals and clients at all levels (written and verbal).
Chartered (or Incorporated) Engineer with a proven record of technical leadership on highway and infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of highway design standards (Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) / Specification for Highways Works (SHW) / Manual for Streets / LTN 1/20) and familiar with design tools such as AutoCAD and Civils 3D.
Experience of delivering infrastructure projects through the full lifecycle, including design and build or contractor-led design projects
