Participate in all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process, including the development of schedules and ongoing schedule updates.
Evaluate construction productivity and progress data, extended general conditions, and expediting expenses.
Conduct forensic analysis of project schedules, contemporaneous documentation, and construction costs.
Review and synthesize relevant information to prepare technical project reports.
Interface with other department employees, contractors, and clients on a regular basis
Maintain job files, documentation, and other relevant deliverables.
Operates on behalf of clients to monitor and manage timelines, expenses, and other factors critical to operational efficiency and cost management during all phases of construction.
Perform inspections of construction project sites, evaluating project progress.

Previous experience with builder’s risk insurance policies, construction claims management, and managing contractors.
EIT or PE, PMP, and PSP certifications are considered a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera 6, and ASTA Powerproject.
Minimum of 2+ years' experience managing scheduling projects within the construction or engineering industry.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team towards a common purpose.
Strong communications skills, with the ability to interface with various stakeholders and clients.
