The Onboarding Training Coordinator, based in Lafayette, IN, supports the onboarding and EHS teams on the 1st shift (Mon‑Fri 6:30 am‑2:30 pm). The role coordinates workflow, maintains training schedules, and drives continuous improvement of onboarding practices.
- Coordinate daily onboarding workflow and support EHS team tasks.
- Monitor operations to ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
- Maintain and enforce the training schedule for new hires.
- Update onboarding materials and create educational opportunities.
- Adjust priorities based on business needs and capacity.
- Ensure onboarding processes comply with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to refine onboarding strategies.
