The Technical Service Manager (TSM) is a critical partner to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager, overseeing planning, direction, and coordination of assigned activities to meet program goals within contractual parameters. Depending on experience, the TSM balances programmatic duties with technical expertise across assigned TSCs, collaborates with the Integration and Innovation Manager to align technology initiatives with the customer’s strategic plan, and may participate in the Tech Council for mentorship and knowledge sharing.
