-Assists in inspection of parts -Assists brake operator with the forming operation -Safely and effectively use tools such as hand tools, measuring tape, and machine equipment -Place correct labels on parts and sorts to correct JIT kit -Assists in set-up of brake

What You Bring

-Ability to apply shop mathematics to solve problems -Ability of use both hands overhead -Ability to work well with others -Lifting up to 100 pounds; 100+ pounds with assistance -Ability to correctly and safety use hand tools (both manual and pneumatic) -Ability to read a tape measure in metric and imperial standards -Ability to follow and understand directions -Plant environment with potential exposure to all types of weather, including excessive heat, excessive cold, and excessive noise -Perform repetitive motions -Previous shake experience preferred but not required -Ability to interpret, sort paper work, and engineering drawings correctly preferred, but not required -Ability to multi-task -Ability to compare and accurately determine difference in size, shape, and form of objects -Ability to work within precise limits and/or standards of accuracy -Ability to communicate effectively -Ability to work in a fast paced environment -High school diploma or GED preferred but not required -Ability to read effectively from a paper copy -Sitting, standing, walking, bending, grasping, pushing, pulling, crawling, climbing, twisting, reaching, working at heights, and using a ladder as required -Ability to plan work and select proper tools
