- Maintain assigned work order service requests and timely completion in CMMS system.
- Support preventative maintenance program(s)
- Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
- Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts (as allowed by licensing requirements), plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work, and general maintenance.
- Using ladders up to 30 ft. and working from heights.
- Support on-call or emergency response situations (when applicable)
- Comply with all safety procedures
- Climbing stairs and navigating rooftops to access equipment.
- Troubleshoot building systems.

- Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)
- Trade school education or college is desirable
- 2+ years of related work experience, especially in repair/maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
- Must be able to respond to site emergencies.
- Must be able to work Holidays.
- Strong customer service and team goal oriented.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Walking large, campus-like settings.
