- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for incoming requests, confidential matters, and key stakeholder engagement.
- Track action items and ensure follow-through from executive and leadership meetings.
- Draft internal and external communications, ensuring messaging aligns with organizational standards and leadership voice.
- Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
- Provide high-level support to the CEO and other senior leaders, including calendar management, inbox oversight, and prioritization of leadership tasks.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and briefing materials.
