Haart Estate Agents in Nottingham is seeking ambitious, motivated individuals to start a career as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. No prior experience is required; the company provides full training, expert guidance, and ongoing support. The role offers a fast‑paced, rewarding environment with real career progression, uncapped commission, and continuous development opportunities. Candidates who are enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Successful Lettings Negotiators receive an OTE of £28,000 per year, plus uncapped commission, and work a full‑time schedule of Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am‑6 pm and Saturdays 9 am‑5 pm. Employees enjoy 30 days of annual leave, a company pension, employee assistance programme, eye‑care, referral bonuses, and personal talk time with CEOs. Additional perks include fully‑funded training leading to an ARLA‑recognised qualification, enrolment at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, and clear progression pathways with two promotion opportunities within the first year.
The training begins with a two‑week residential programme at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, covering industry‑leading sessions and full accommodation. Candidates must hold a valid full UK driving licence, have access to a vehicle less than 10 years old, and provide proof of business insurance; leaving the role within 12 months may require repayment of training costs. Haart supports the Armed Forces Covenant and welcomes applicants from the military seeking a property‑focused career.
