Maintain and update databases for all PLAA, including municipal development and operating permits and associated commitments and condition.
Support the team in assessing the impact of bylaw changes and ensuring operational alignment.
Assist in identifying non-compliance issues and tracking corrective actions.
Track and interpret relevant municipal bylaws affecting operations, land use, noise, waste, and other environmental aspects.
Work closely with operations, environmental, legal, and municipal liaison teams and other stakeholders to ensure consistent compliance.
Support internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with applicable laws, permits, and bylaws.
Organize and maintain accurate records of permits, correspondence, and compliance activities.
